Emile Gros Raymond Nakombo was born on 3 December 1956 in Berbérati, Central African Republic. He currently serves as President of the Special Delegation of the city of Bangui.
In his position, he focuses on applying his knowledge of the socio-economic state of the country to improve the lives of his people.
This is most apparent in initiatives to improve food self-sufficiency, safe water access, improved roads and sanitation
infrastructure, and increased availability of a host of other services, including but not limited to electricity, education, healthcare and skills training.
He graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest in 1979.
In addition to his political career, he has held professional positions at the Moroccan-Central African People’s Bank and the Central African Republic-Cameroon Tobacco Company.
